Shipping & Returns



Our products are mostly shipped using the following methods:

Major Metro Areas – via Couriers Please

Outside of Major Metro Areas – via Australia Post Parcel or Australia Post Express Post.

Please be aware that for deliveries via Australia Post, deliveries can only be made to P.O.Boxes & letter boxes. For deliveries requesting special conditions, Australia post will leave a collection card requiring you to collect from a local post office.

These methods will provide a traceable system of ensuring the safe & reliable delivery of your order.

Goods will generally be shipped within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. If there is a stock availability situation, we will advise you at the earliest available time.

Our standard delivery charge is $10.95 including GST. If you would like us to send your order via Australia Post Express Post, please select this option at checkout - cost is $17.95 including GST

Dymo Direct cannot guarantee the delivery performance of courier companies or Australia Post. Dymo Direct will despatch your order in the quickest possible time dependent on stock availability.



Should items you have purchased be faulty or there has been a packing error, you should contact Dymo Direct immediately. In the case of faulty goods or claims under warranty, we will assess the best course of action on a case, by case basis – whether that be automatic replacement, or repair.

Change of Mind – You may return within 14 days, and at your cost, any item purchased from Dymo Direct. The item must be in its original packaging and be unused. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return goods in re-saleable condition where a credit is being sought based on ‘Change of Mind”. Should goods be returned damaged in transit, Dymo Direct will contact you immediately to advise you. It will then be your responsibility to make any claim with the freight / delivery company.
